The Process is Easy. Simply request a quote detailing the equipment for pricing review. TEQservices will provide a buyback quote promptly, with A, B, C and D pricing (with an explanation of the grading categories). If the quote is acceptable, just sign and return the quote. We will then make contact to determine when the equipment will be available for return. TEQservices will provide packing materials and pre-paid shipping labels. If it is a large return, we may send personnel to help pack and ship.
Review the Audit. Get Paid. Upon receipt, the equipment will be audited and a detailed audit report will be provided with notations for damages and/or missing equipment, including applicable peripherals. Once the audit is accepted payment will be processed promptly.
